We believe as a company, that we must provide our movers with job advancement and room to excel in areas of the business that they enjoy the most! We have and always will maintain a work environment where employees can feel free to express their opinions and concerns on any matter related to the business as a whole. Both employees and contractors hired at our company start off with a base pay that is 30% hire than any other moving company in our region. By providing a better pay scale, wonderful benefits, and equity investment to our employees and contractors into the company, it only benefits our company and customer base as a whole! Our History
Soldier Strong Moving, LLC was established in 2017 with the veteran customer in mind! Vince Arcuri (part-owner) had just graduated college from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. His mother, Phyllis Arcuri, an Army veteran who served in different countries around the world in the late 90’s began pushing Vince to start his own business. Vince had worked for the same moving company for almost 8 years upon his college graduation. When the new year began in 2017, Vince took his industry knowledge and his mothers push to create a brand centered on helping veterans and Soldier Strong Moving, LLC was born! Since then, our moving team has helped thousands of veterans relocate across the state of Texas. Also, we have moved thousands of civilians across the state and across the country showing each customer the same impeccable service as the last! We are in this business for both the veteran customer, but also for any individual or family that needs moving and relocation services. Furthermore, we offer free supplies, discounts, and complimentary moving consulting to all veteran, first responder, and medical personnel. Our service range extends across the entire state of Texas and we service cities such as Dallas, Houston, Austin, Amarillo, Midland/Odessa on a weekly basis throughout all parts of the year.
